The New Type of Wear-resistant Hammer and Crusher Discs

Here I would like to recommend our two highlights on Hammer crusher:
1.Our company has been supplying the new type of wear-resistant hammer to LargeHolcim Group for a long time. A special cemented carbide block developed by our company is added to the head of the ultra-high manganese alloy steel hammer, which makes the hammer with ultra-high toughness and ultra-high hardness. Therefore, the hammer has high toughness and wear resistance, and the service life is 1.5 to 2 times that of ordinary ultra-high manganese alloy steel hammers.
2. Usually, the crusher rotor is welded with a wear-resistant layer on the edge of the hammer disc. The layer is easy to wear and has a short service life. After the layer is worn, the user needs to weld the rotor hammer disc. The maintenance process takes a long time and the cost is high, which affects the production efficiency.
The new anti-wear rotor developed by our company has been patented. Wear-resistant hard alloy protective blocks are welded on the outer edge of the hammer discs of the crusher. After the edge of the hammer disc is worn, only the wear-resistant protective block needs to be replaced, saving maintenance time and improving production efficiency.
The new type of anti-wear rotor (the outer edge is welded with wear-resistant hard alloy guard blocks) has a service life 1.5-2 times longer than the original welded wear-resistant layer rotor.
